You can request deletion of your Tinealer account and personal data.
1. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, email us at:
Please include the email address connected to your Tinealer account so we can locate and verify your account.
2. What may be deleted
- Your account profile.
- Your email address and login information.
- Your saved sound preferences.
- Your listening history.
- Your app settings connected to your account.
3. What may be retained
We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, audit, or operational reasons.
4. Third-party login access
If you signed in using a third-party login provider, deleting your Tinealer account does not delete that third-party account. You can manage third-party access from that provider’s account settings.
5. Processing time
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to verification and applicable legal requirements.
